Wahaha...my Insights and Reflections for today!!
The secret for succesful learning is teaching others -apply to all subjects!! When you're willing to teach others, you will be the one who learn the most - 90% retention. So, if you know something, teach others!!
Next is practice by doing - 75% (now understand why I give students so many worksheets? Because the more practice, the more students will learn.)
Next year is discussion groups - haha, J2. will group em up!! - 50% retention/engagement. Hope this will further enhance students' learning speed.

The prof never give me answers. Omg. And I got to guess if my answer is correct. Haiz. Back to my old time, self-teaching and self-learning.

3 days more to know whether I will continue to teach S13 and S20 next year. Haiz..I have planned a lot of things for the classes, if change, I got to start all over again to teach new classes. It's very tiring to teach all over again. But nvm, I have planned for revision schedule for "some students" anyway.

Could you imagine that Jieyee of S20 is the one who teach me how to make a blog? Online? wahaha...it is! Well, today is the first day for me to make a blog. I am not sure what or where I am heading to.
